**Join Our Dynamic CCU Team as a Cardiac RN!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Nashville, TN - **Unit Name:** CCU - **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - **Cost Center:** 654/64201 **Why Join Us?** - **Exciting Environment:** - Be part of a growing cardiogenic shock program. - Work alongside providers specializing in cardiac care. - **Unit Specifics:** - **Number of Beds:** 32 - **Patient Ratios:** 2:1 - Support from student nurse externs available as techs. - Unit secretary available M-F from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM. - **Advanced Equipment:** - Utilize Hill-Rom beds and Phillips telemetry monitors. - Experience with advanced technologies, including PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, and Impella. - **Documentation System:** Meditech - **Scheduling Requirements:** - 4-week schedules. - 3-4 weekend shifts required per scheduling period. - **Floating Policy:** Float to units as needed based on census. - **Required Skills & Certifications:** - Must have cardiac and strong critical care experience. - Advanced skills in central line insertion, Swan insertion, intubations. - Required certifications: BLS and ACLS. - **Dress Code:** Scrubs in galaxy blue, red, or black; scrub jackets or vests only. - **Team and Culture:** - Engaged staff dedicated to excellent teamwork. - Recognition through the Nurse Practice Council and the Daisy Award. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
