Join a leading healthcare facility renowned for providing high-quality care to patients from San Antonio and beyond! We are seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to be part of our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team.

• Unit: MICU (4C) (655)
• Classification: RN-MICU
• Shift Detail: 7A-7:30P / 7P-7:30A
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient-focused care
• Utilize strong critical thinking skills in high-pressure environments
• Perform essential procedures such as intubations, central lines, and chest tubes

Qualifications:

• Must Have:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of ICU experience
  • ACLS and BLS certification
  • NIH Stroke Certification
• Preferred Skills:
  • MICU & MSICU background
  • IABP and CRRT exposure
  • Experience with Meditech
• Additional Requirements:
  • ACTIVE TX RN License (TEMP LICENSE NOT ACCEPTED)

Dress Code:

• Navy scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket
• Nails must be clean and healthy
• Hair should be neat, clean, and free from extreme styles/colors
• Body art should be covered whenever possible
• Visible piercings, other than ears, are prohibited
