### Join Our Dynamic ICU Team! **Job Description:** - **Location:** San Antonio, TX - **Unit:** ICU - **Shift Details:** - 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - Every other weekend required - **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks - **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week - **Patient Ratios:** - 1:2 in ICU - 1:5 in Med/Surg - **Number of Beds:** - 14 ICU - 20 Med/Surg - **Staffing:** - 1 PCA, 1 Unit Clerk **Key Requirements:** - Active TX RN License (Temp License not accepted) - Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience - Certifications: - ACLS - BLS - NIH Stroke Certification (required) - Experience with Vasopressors - Preferred: Meditech Experience **Unit Highlights:** - Standard equipment - Empowering environment focused on exceptional patient care - Must be willing to float as necessary - Attendance history is key: we seek reliable candidates without call-in history **Dress Code:** - Navy scrubs for RN (top and pants) - Navy or white scrub jacket - Maintain clean and healthy nails - Hair should be neat and clean - Tattoos must be covered whenever possible - Visible piercings (other than ears) are prohibited **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
