ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and comfort during their hospital stay. This role involves working night shifts and requires a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs and manage life support equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in medical records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU setting required.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Shift Information

This position requires night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
