Job Summary:
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) registered nurse position is based in a pediatric specialty care environment. This role involves providing critical care in various ICU settings, including pediatric intensive care units (PICU), neonatal intensive care units (NICU), and other specialty areas as needed. The ideal candidate is experienced in pediatric and neonatal critical care and will float between multiple campuses to ensure comprehensive patient coverage.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift with a weekend block from Friday to Sunday, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Active Georgia (GA) or compact licensing, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, at least 2 years of experience in CICU (Cardiac Intensive Care Unit) and NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), as well as PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) experience, and proficiency with EPIC charting. All candidates must be able to make up missed shifts and work holiday rotations such as Thanksgiving or Christmas depending on staffing needs. The facility maintains a nicotine-free environment, and candidates must pass drug screening and receive the flu vaccine without exemptions.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a NICOTINE FREE FACILITY.
