Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred
• Travel nursing experience required
• Current Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submission
• ACLS and BLS required
• NIHSS and PALS preferred or as applicable
• Epic charting experience required
• Strong clinical background in high-acuity critical care nursing

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a medical-surgical ICU
• Monitor and manage patients requiring complex interventions, including ventilator support, vasoactive drips, and continuous renal replacement therapy
• Assess patient status frequently and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and follow established ICU protocols
• Support infection prevention, isolation precautions, and evidence-based critical care practices
• Provide dependable coverage during day shifts, including scheduled weekend rotation
