• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,620 - $1,700
• Patient Ratio: 2:1 on days, nights, and weekends
• Charting System: Epic
• Weekend Coverage: Required
• Float Requirement: ICU / IMC / Tele as needed
• Orientation: 36 hours

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at time of submission
• At least 2 years of ICU or Neuro ICU experience
• Travel nursing experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Strong experience caring for adult neuro-critical care patients
• Experience with Epic charting required
• Ability to work weekends and provide float support as needed
• Skills in ventilated patient care, central line management, dysrhythmia interpretation, ICP monitoring, EVD care, and post-neurosurgery management are highly valued

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for adults in a Neuro ICU setting
• Monitor and assess patients with stroke, traumatic brain injury, post-craniotomy, and other neurological conditions
• Administer medications, manage blood products, and support critical interventions
• Care for ventilated patients and assist with central line and drain management
• Perform continuous neuro assessments and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality critical care
• Support ICU, IMC, and Tele units as needed to meet patient care needs
