Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; pending New Mexico or compact license accepted prior to start
• At least 1 year of ICU experience required; 1.5+ years preferred
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Strong experience with adult critical care workflows, bedside assessment, and patient monitoring
• Ability to manage high-acuity patients and respond quickly to changing clinical needs
• Comfort with floating to similar units within scope of practice
• First-time travelers are welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to adult ICU patients
• Monitor patient status closely and respond to changes in condition in a timely manner
• Administer medications, therapies, and interventions according to care plans and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes

• Float to like units as needed while maintaining excellent patient care standards
