Active Oregon Surgical Tech/First Assist license
Active BLS Certification
One of the following certifications is required:
NBSTSA Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA), or
Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) from the National Surgical Assistant Association (NSAA)
