Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses to join our team at a Level 2 trauma center. The ideal candidates will possess strong ER experience and be ready to contribute immediately.

Contract Details

• Contract Length: 13 or 14 weeks
• Shift Availability: Either 3 PM or 7 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekend Rotation: Yes
• Holiday Rotation: Yes
• Float Requirements: TBD
• RTO: A maximum of 5 days for the duration of the assignment, with only one holiday request

Qualifications

• Current Kansas RN license or multistate license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through AHA
• TNCC, NIHSS, and MOAB/CPI certifications must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of strong ER experience; 4 years preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR is preferred
• No hits on license or background checks; candidates must have a clean history

Unit Overview

The Emergency Department features a 34-bed facility that is part of a comprehensive trauma care network, emphasizing a dynamic and fast-paced work environment without strict ratios.

Black scrubs are required.
