Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring an active OH or compact license and 1 year of ER experience.

Details

• Emergency Department unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact license required in hand at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of combined ER experience required
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• TNCC certification preferred
• NIHSS certification preferred
• One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the ER specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide emergency care to a broad range of ER patients
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation with up to 2 attempts to pass
• Expected to work every other holiday
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required with medical/religious exemptions only
• Previous permanent or per diem employees cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their prior end date
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• RTO must be discussed and finalized during the interview process
