**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team!** **Job Description:** - Are you an experienced ER RN looking for an exciting opportunity? We have the perfect position for you in Lake Geneva, WI! - **Position Details:** - 36 hours/week - Day shift schedule with rotation weekends - Shifts: 6-6p and some 8-8p as needed - **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments in line with approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, and State laws. - Document care according to established standards. - Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care. - Develop and execute individualized patient plans as prescribed by physicians and clinic policies. - Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance. - Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments supporting the patient's longitudinal plan of care. - Use critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience; escalate concerns appropriately. - Engage in professional nursing continuum processes, unit practice activities, and peer review processes. - **Requirements:** - Active WI RN Licensure - RN Education Verification - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS - **Minimum Years of Experience:** - Less than 1 year is acceptable **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
