**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Travel RN in the Emergency Care Center!** - **Location:** Asheville, NC - **Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM - **Duration:** 6 Weeks - **Hours Guaranteed:** 48 Hours **Why You’ll Love This Opportunity:** - **Engaging Environment:** Join a tight-knit team known for their strong sense of teamwork and welcoming personalities. - **Cultural Diversity:** Serve a vibrant, multicultural community, with over 120 languages spoken in the area. - **High-Volume Settings:** Work in a bustling Emergency Department with a patient capacity of 101 beds and a focus on comprehensive care. - **Advanced Equipment:** Utilize state-of-the-art medical technology, including Baxter pumps and GE monitors, while documenting through Cerner. **Unit Specifics:** - **Patient Ratios:** Typically 4:1 for medical cases, up to 7:1 for ED behavioral holds. - **Support Staff:** Techs available for cardiac monitoring, internal processing, and triage support. - **Floating Policy:** Flexibility to float within all sections of the Emergency Department. **What We’re Looking For:** - **Experience:** At least 2 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in an ER setting within a Level 2 trauma center or comprehensive stroke center. - **Certifications:** - ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS (prior to hire) - ENPC (within 90 days of hire) - **Team Player:** Ability to collaborate effectively, coach peers, and provide real-time feedback. **Dress Code:** - Navy scrubs are required. **Additional Notes:** - **Orientation:** Expect a 4-hour hospital orientation followed by an 8-hour floor shift. - **Attendance Policy:** Detailed policy will be provided on Day 1. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
