**Exciting Opportunity for ER RN - Rapid Response!** - **Position:** TRAVEL - RAPID RESPONSE - RN - ER CARE CTR - **Shift:** 6:45PM - 7:15AM - **Duration:** 6 Weeks - **Guaranteed Hours:** 48 Hours **Why Join Us?** - Work in a dynamic Emergency Department with a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care. - Experience a diverse, multicultural community with over 120 languages spoken in our zip code. - Collaborate with a skilled team in a supportive environment. **Unit Highlights:** - **Number of Beds:** 101 - **Patient Ratios:** 4:1 typically; up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds - **Staffing:** Techs available in various areas including cardiac monitoring and triage - **Equipment:** Includes baxter pumps and GE monitors - **Documentation System:** Cerner **Scheduling Requirements:** - Every other weekend commitment - Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED **Patient Experience:** - Adhere to AIDET protocol - Maintain respectful behavior and keep patients informed throughout their visit **Certification Requirements:** - ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS required before hire - ENPC within 90 days of hire **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - Minimum of 2 years experience in a Level 2 trauma center or comprehensive stroke center - At least 1 year of experience in an ER setting - Team-oriented with a proactive approach to coaching and feedback - Flexible to work in all sections of the ED **Dress Code:** - Navy scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
