• Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,640 - $1,730
• Schedule: Every other weekend; scheduling based on department needs
• Setting: High-volume Emergency Department

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room or Emergency Department experience
• Experience in a high-acuity, fast-paced ED environment preferred
• Comfort working in all areas of the Emergency Department
• Strong teamwork mentality and the ability to coach or provide real-time feedback
• Required certifications:

• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• TNCC
• CPI
• NIHSS
• ENPC within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate emergency nursing care across all areas of the ED
• Prioritize and manage patient flow in a busy, high-volume Emergency Department
• Collaborate closely with physicians, technicians, clerks, and fellow nurses to support excellent patient outcomes
• Monitor patients, respond quickly to changing conditions, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Support a respectful, patient-centered experience with clear communication and timely updates
• Use strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and flexibility to adapt to department needs
• Promote a positive team environment rooted in professionalism and mutual support
