**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department!** **Job Description:** - Take charge of delivering exceptional care to Emergency Room patients. - Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. - Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to ensure safe patient care delivery. - Engage in leadership by anticipating and planning patient care needs in the Emergency Department. - Maintain clinical competencies through continuous education and skill development. - Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff. - Provide direction and supervision to team members delivering patient care. **Key Details:** - **Shift:** Days, 7AM - 7:30PM (3x12 hour shifts) - **Start Date:** Requested within 2 weeks of offer acceptance - **Charge Nurse Experience:** Preferred (additional pay offered) - **Willingness to Float:** Required - **Facility Capacity:** 38 beds - **Years of Experience Required:** Minimum of 2 years - **Certifications Required:** BLS, ACLS, PALS - **Licensure:** Active Arizona Nursing License - **EMR System:** Experience with Cerner preferred - **Dress Code:** Black scrubs - **Facility Certifications:** Trauma Level III Certified, Stroke Receiving, STEMI Receiving - **NIH Certification:** Not required, but recommended **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
