**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team!** - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse ready to make a significant impact in the Emergency Department? - We invite you to take charge of patient care while exhibiting creativity, critical thinking, and leadership in a fast-paced environment. - Provide exceptional care using the Nursing Process in line with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies. - Play an essential role in planning and ensuring the delivery of safe patient care. - Your clinical competencies are paramount; continue your education to stay updated and excel in your nursing practice. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hold shift accountability for delivering high-quality care to Emergency Room patients. - Delegate patient care priorities based on the skills and experience of available staff. - Guide and supervise assigned personnel to enhance patient care delivery. - Maintain a strong commitment to professional development through ongoing education. **Additional Details:** - Shift: DAYS 7AM - 7:30PM (3x12s) - Start Date: Must be available within 2 weeks of offer acceptance. - Charge Nurse Experience: Preferred (additional compensation available). - Flexibility: Must be willing to float to different areas as needed. - Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years. - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; Arizona License Required. - Preferred EMR Experience: Cerner. - Dress Code: Black scrubs. - Trauma Level: III Certified, Stroke and STEMI Receiving Facility. - NIH certification is not required but is recommended. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
