Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Experience in a fast-paced acute care or emergency nursing setting
• Ability to adapt quickly and support patient care needs across the unit
• Flexibility to float as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency patients with varying acuity levels
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient status throughout treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support efficient patient flow
• Respond to urgent and emergent situations with confidence, professionalism, and clinical judgment
• Document care accurately using the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Maintain a calm, compassionate presence in a busy Emergency Department environment
