Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department or Emergency Room experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC certifications
• Ability to work nights and thrive in a busy, high-acuity acute care environment
• Strong teamwork, critical thinking, triage, and communication skills
• Flexibility to float as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to emergency patients in a fast-paced ED nursing environment
• Assess, monitor, triage, and stabilize patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and document care accurately in the EMR
• Maintain readiness for changing patient volumes, acuity levels, and emergency department workflow throughout the shift
• Provide support across the unit as needed, including floating when required
