Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department or Emergency Room experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a busy ER setting
• Flexibility to float as needed
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, monitor, and stabilize patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, efficient patient care
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR
• Maintain readiness to respond to changing patient needs in a fast-paced emergency department
