### Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team! **Job Description:** - **Location:** Asheville, NC - **Position Title:** BACKFILL - TRAVEL - RN - ER CARE CTR - **Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM **About Us:** - Renowned for excellence, we've been recognized as one of America’s 50 Best Hospitals for four consecutive years. - Join a stellar team committed to offering positive impacts to our community in a dynamic, high-volume environment! **Unit Specifics:** - 101 Bed Emergency Department - Typical Patient Ratios: 4:1 (medical), up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds - On-site tech support in cardiac monitoring and internal processing areas - Advanced medical equipment: Baxter pumps, GE monitors - Documentation System: Cerner - Scheduling Requirements: - Every other weekend required - Flexibility to meet departmental scheduling needs - Floating Policy: Must be open to floating within all sections of the ED **Patient Experience Expectations:** - Practice AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) - Maintain respectful behavior while enhancing Patient Experience - Keep patient boards updated with relevant information throughout their visit **Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years as a nurse, with at least 1 year of experience in an ER setting - Preferred: Experience in a Level 2 trauma center or comprehensive stroke center with >100,000 visits annually - Teamwork mentality with ability to coach and give timely feedback - Must be flexible to cover all areas within the ED **Certifications Required:** - ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS before start date - ENPC within 90 days of hire **Dress Code:** - Required uniform: Navy scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
