• Clinical Environment: Rapid-response, team-oriented ED with strong support staff

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an Emergency Department or Emergency Room setting
• Experience in a Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, or similarly high-volume ED preferred
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS required before start
• ENPC required within 90 days of hire
• Strong teamwork mindset and ability to provide or receive real-time coaching and feedback
• Flexibility to work across all areas of the Emergency Department
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and manage patients with a wide range of acuity levels
• Support rapid-response care and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Work effectively in all areas of the ED as needed
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Promote an excellent patient experience through respectful communication and timely updates
• Follow unit policies, safety standards, and clinical best practices
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and highly collaborative team culture
