### Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team as an RN - ED Flow Navigator! **Job Description:** - Location: Emergency Department, Asheville, NC - Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM **Why Join Us?** - Be part of a high-acuity facility recognized as one of America's 50 Best Hospitals! - Work in a fast-paced, comprehensive trauma center that handles over 100,000 annual visits. - Join a supportive team known for its welcoming personalities and strong teamwork. **Unit Specifics:** - Number of Beds: 101 - Patient Ratios: 4:1 typically; up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds - Advanced Equipment: Baxter pumps, GE monitors - Documentation System: Cerner **What You’ll Do:** - Serve patients with excellence using the AIDET approach (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You). - Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure top-notch patient experience. - Coordinate and prioritize patient flow to enhance emergency care efficiency. **Requirements:** - 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting. - Experience in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center preferred. - Certification Required: - ACLS - BLS - PALS - TNCC - CPI - NIHSS - ENPC (to be completed within 90 days of hire) **Personal Attributes:** - Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED. - Strong teamwork mentality with the ability to give real-time coaching and feedback. - Passion for serving a diverse, multicultural community. **Dress Code:** - Navy scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
