Job Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency care setting
• Comfortable caring for patients across a wide range of acuity levels
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Adaptability, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care to Emergency Department patients
• Perform patient assessments, monitor changes in condition, and prioritize care based on acuity
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Support stabilization efforts and respond quickly to urgent and emergent patient needs
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality outcomes
