Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN with a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience and Cerner proficiency for a 14-week night shift assignment.

Details

• Emergency Services department in a hospital setting
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Schedule varies between 5pm-5am
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Department specialty required
• Cerner EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
• RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer acceptance and cannot be requested after
