Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience required
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Must maintain a permanent residence at least 50 miles from the facility
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, monitor, and treat patients with a wide range of urgent and emergent needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely, effective care
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Document care accurately in the EMR and maintain strong clinical communication
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and efficient care environment for patients and families
