Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Prior Cerner EMR experience required
• Ability to work night shifts in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency care environment
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient emergency nursing care to patients with diverse and urgent needs
• Perform thorough assessments, triage, and reassessment of patients in the Emergency Department
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely patient care
• Document accurately in Cerner and maintain clear, concise patient records
• Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and prioritize care in a dynamic ER setting
• Support a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality outcomes and patient safety
