Location: Thornton, CO

Unit Type: Emergency Department

• Number of Beds: 40
• Number of Staff: Approximately 65, including RNs, Paramedics, and EMTs
• Patient Ratios: 4:1
• Type of Equipment: IV Pumps, EV 1000, EKG machines, Ultrasound machines, and GE
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Typical Hiring Profile

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Emergency Department RN experience
• Certifications:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NIH Stroke Scale
  • PALS
  • TNCC
  • ENPC

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Trauma Level 1 or Level 2 settings
• Prior experience with Meditech

Core Responsibilities

• Perform rapid assessment, stabilization, and intervention
• Monitor vital signs and ECG readings
