Assignment Overview

Join a dynamic emergency department team in a Level 1 Trauma Center at a teaching hospital. The ideal candidate will possess experience in handling a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, providing care to a variety of patient types, including trauma, stroke, and burn patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
  • Coordinate care to ensure the safest patient environment
  • Engage in clinical decision-making and evidence-based practice
  • Utilize strong communication skills to enhance patient experience

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
  • Experience in Level 1 trauma center (3+ years for first-time travelers)
