Assignment Overview
Seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced Emergency Department (ED). This position is ideal for an RN with experience in a Level 1 trauma center, who can provide comprehensive patient care and ensure the highest quality of service in a regional trauma center setting.
Assignment Details

- Shift Details: 3x12 Nights
- Assignment Length: Not Provided
- Charting System: Epic
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2025 (negotiable)
- Unit Information: 55 horizontal beds, 6 vertical, 15 observation, 5 BH holding, average census of 200-220 patients per day
- Patient Ratios: RN: 3:1, 4:1, 5:1, 6:1 based on area worked or acuity
- Floating: Could float to the ED Transition Care Unit
- Scrub Color: Royal Blue
- Parking: Free
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
- Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including ED Techs, unit secretary, charge nurses, and critical care pharmacists
- Utilize evidence-based practices for decision-making and patient care
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of Emergency Department experience
- Licensure: RN
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC
- Skills: Proficient in handling high acuity patients and fast-paced environments
Preferred:
- Experience in Level 1 Trauma Center
