• Call Requirements: 3 call shifts every 4 weeks
• Schedule: Days and nights available; every other weekend and holidays in rotation
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250 - $2,370

Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a CVOR or complex surgical setting preferred
• Thoracic and vascular surgery experience required, including heart and valve replacements
• Strong background in cardiac surgery cases such as CABG, fem-pop bypass, and mitral or aortic valve replacement
• Circulating RN experience in the general OR with exposure to ortho, neuro, plastics, vascular, trauma, robotic GYN, and urology cases
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient experience skills
• Comfort working in a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical environment

Responsibilities

• Circulate in the operating room for cardiovascular and multispecialty surgical procedures
• Assist with positioning, prepping, and supporting the surgical team throughout cases
• Provide skilled support for thoracic, vascular, cardiac, and valve replacement procedures
• Help maintain a safe, efficient, and organized OR environment
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Support a broad range of procedures including general, trauma, ortho, neuro, plastics, robotic, GYN, and urology cases
• Follow facility policies, patient safety standards, and documentation requirements
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through professionalism and strong clinical judgment
