Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operating room for surgeries, ensuring sterilization and readiness.
• Assist surgical teams during procedures, providing necessary instruments and support.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals during surgery.
• Ensure proper documentation and patient records are kept in accordance with facility policies.
• Participate in postoperative patient care and recovery monitoring.
• Provide rotational on-call coverage, including weekend shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Illinois.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 3 years of CVOR and robotic surgery experience.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts with rotational call coverage.
• Completion of a verifiable nursing education program.
• Willingness to travel; no local candidates within 50 miles.
