Job Requirements

• 3+ years of CVOR nursing experience required
• Robotic surgery experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification from AHA required
• ACLS certification from AHA required
• Experience in a cardiovascular operating room or perioperative surgical setting
• Ability to participate in rotational on-call coverage
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled circulating and/or scrub RN support in the cardiovascular operating room
• Assist with heart team procedures and complex cardiovascular surgery cases
• Support robotic surgery and specialty surgical procedures with precision and confidence
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical environment
• Respond to call coverage needs as scheduled
• Deliver high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative process
