Join a leading healthcare facility as a CVICU Registered Nurse in Knoxville, TN. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in the CVICU, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Float to other ICU units as needed, maintaining flexibility in assignments.

Requirements:

Must possess current RN licensure.
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
Ability to pass EKG testing before the start date.
Availability to float required: Yes, 2 weekends per month or every other weekend.
Travelers requesting time off (RTO) during any holiday or holiday week will not be accommodated.

This position operates on a Night 3x12-Hour shift from 19:00 to 07:30, with a contract duration of 13 weeks starting on 10/19/2026. Note that local travelers (within 75 miles of the facility) will be compensated at a rate $10 less than the traveler bill rate.
