**Join Our Dynamic CVICU Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Travel RN - CVICU - **Location:** Overland Park, KS - **Unit Name:** Cardiovascular ICU - **Bed Count:** 10 **Unit Highlights:** - **Patient Ratios:** 2:1 for exceptional patient care - **Support Staff:** Total Care Support available, including unit secretaries and techs - **Advanced Equipment:** - Alaris IV Pump - GE Bedside Monitors - IABP - Impella - **Documentation System:** Meditech **Scheduling Requirements:** - Commit to just 3 shifts/week - 3 weekend shifts within a 4-week schedule **Floating Policy:** - Floating to Medical ICU and Floor Units may be required **Patient Experience Focus:** - We strive for high-quality patient experiences, as we are recognized as a Unit of Distinction **Desired Skills and Experience:** - **Must Have Experience in:** - Telemetry - Pressors - Positive Inotropes - Pacemakers - Chest Tubes - Cath/EP Lab recovery - Pericardial drains - Frequent site and vital sign assessments - **Advanced Skills Preferred:** - Open heart procedures - ECMO cannulation **Certifications Required:** - ACLS/BLS or ALS/BLS **Dress Code:** - Royal Blue Scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
