**Join Our Dynamic CVICU Team!** **Job Description** - **Location:** 10500 Quivira Rd, Overland Park, KS - **Unit Name:** Cardiovascular ICU - **Number of Beds:** 10 - **Patient Ratios:** 2:1 - **Staffing Support:** Total Care Support with unit secretaries and tech availability - **Advanced Equipment:** Alaris IV Pump, GE Bedside Monitors, IABP, Impella - **Documentation System:** Meditech - **Shifts Required:** 3 shifts/week, 3 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule - **Floating Policy:** Potential floating to Medical ICU and Floor Units **Patient Experience Requirements:** - Must possess experience with telemetry, pressors, positive inotropes, pacemakers, and chest tubes. - Knowledge in Cath/EP Lab recovery, pericardial drains, and frequent site & vital sign assessments essential. **Advanced Skills Required:** - Experience with open-heart procedures and ECMO cannulation is a plus. **Certifications Required:** - ACLS/BLS or ALS/BLS **Dress Code:** - Royal Blue Scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
