**Exciting Opportunity: Travel RN - CVICU** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic and innovative medical team dedicated to providing exceptional care in a 28-bed mixed ICU unit. - Engage in a fast-paced environment with patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:3, ensuring personalized attention for those needing critical care. - Utilize cutting-edge equipment, including i-mobile phones and mobile computer workstations for streamlined documentation via Meditech. - Embrace a collaborative culture with bedside shift reports to enhance patient handoffs. **Requirements:** - Minimum 36 months of RN experience, including at least 1 year in an ICU setting. - Prior travel nursing assignment experience in a facility using Meditech preferred. - Comfort in caring for 1-3 ICU patients, including those on ventilators. - Proficient in reading telemetry strips. - Advanced skills: - Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) - Advanced Hemodynamics - Phlebotomy - Experience with: - Post-operative day 0 CABG (fresh heart from OR) - Impellas, balloon pumps, and Swan Ganz catheters - Neuro procedures for aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, EVDs, bolts (Codman), and Arctic Sun for induced hypothermia **Certifications Required:** - BLS - ACLS - NIH Stroke Scale **Dress Code:** - Navy uniform **Why Join Us:** - This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses interested in advancing their skills, particularly in Neuro ICU and Cardiovascular ICU care. - We provide comprehensive training and support for travelers wanting to expand their expertise, including head and neck flap procedures. - Experience the support of a team that prioritizes collaboration, teamwork, and work-life balance in a renowned facility known for its specialized services and awards. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
