CT Technologist

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. This position involves operating and maintaining computed tomography (CT) equipment in a high-acuity healthcare environment, with a focus on patient safety and quality imaging.

Schedule

This role is scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with occasional floating to a free-standing emergency department in Union City.

Facility Information

• Level 1 trauma center
• Specialized services in stroke and burn care

Equipment

The CT Technologist will utilize a range of GE scanners, including:

• 2 older platform scanners
• 5 Revolution scanner platform machines

Qualifications

• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Demonstrated expertise in CT imaging techniques and protocols
• Strong familiarity with EPIC computer software

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as necessary
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols within the imaging department
