Description
The Charge Nurse role assists the Director in achieving organizational goals. This position coordinates nursing care for residents, ensuring quality management and providing support in the absence of the Director. The RN is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
