Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Location: Boston, MA
Shift: 36 hours/week – 12-hour day/night rotation
Shift Times: 7:00 AM, 7:00 PM, or 11:00 PM starts
Weekend: Every 3rd weekend as needed
Holiday: Every other holiday
Call: 1 call shift per time period
Float: May float to Moakley OR and other OR campuses as needed

Local Hourly Pay: $55/hr to $59/hr
Travel Breakdown:-
Taxable w2: $15/hr
Stipend: $2,100/week
Weekly Gross: $2,640/week
Blended Pay: $73.33/hr

Position Overview
Seeking experienced Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) to support a high-volume surgical services department with 22 operating rooms staffed 24/7.
The ideal candidate will have strong inpatient surgical experience, Level I trauma experience, and be competent in at least 5 surgical specialties.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of inpatient surgical experience
Level I Trauma experience – REQUIRED
Must have trauma experience
NBSTSA certification – REQUIRED
No other surgical technologist certification accepted
BLS certification – REQUIRED
Must be competent in at least 5 of the listed surgical services
Must be willing to float to other OR campuses if needed
