Key Responsibilities of the Cardiac Cath Lab Tech- Assist physicians in performing procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab
- Operate and monitor equipment, ensuring patient safety and accuracy during procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields and procedural setups
- Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Document all relevant patient information and procedural details accurately
Requirements of the Cardiac Cath Lab Tech- Valid certification as a Cath Lab Technician
- Previous experience in a cardiac catheterization lab setting
- Strong understanding of sterile techniques and cardiovascular anatomy
