Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring an active MA RN license and 2 years of relevant experience.

Details

  • Work in the Cath Lab performing diagnostic-only exams
  • Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient care
  • Unit consists of 1 procedure room and 3 bay areas
  • Day shift schedule (4x8 hours), 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with possible variations including 7:00 AM-5:30 PM and 9:00 AM-5:30 PM shifts
  • No weekend, holiday, or call requirements
  • Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

  • Active MA RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
  • BLS certification required
  • Epic charting experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Must complete a Pass/Fail Tele test during orientation with an 80% passing score and only one attempt allowed
  • Must also complete a Pass/Fail Medication exam during orientation
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Local candidates accepted within a 200-mile radius at the same bill rate
  • Requires a 12-month separation from the health system for returning staff
