Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist / RN – Cath Lab - Dayton,OH.

Shift: Days | 4x10s | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Call: Once weekly (5:30 PM–7:00 AM) and every 4th weekend (Saturday 7:00 AM–Monday 7:00 AM). Potential for one 24-hour holiday call.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of cardiac cath lab experience
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Charting: Epic required
License: Active state RN license or compact license accepted for submission
Patient Volume: Approximately 15–25 patients daily across the department

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of cardiac catheterization laboratory experience.
• Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
• Left and right heart catheterization.
• Percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI).
• Pulmonary artery line/Swan-Ganz monitoring.
• Procedural sedation administration and monitoring.
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management.
• Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) placement/removal.
• Activated clotting time (ACT) monitoring.
• Circulating procedures and assisting cardiologists with diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Peri-procedural patient care, education, and documentation.
