Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• 2 years of acute care hospital experience in one location
• 2 years of experience working as a traveler
• Telemetry experience preferred
• Experience with cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, and reading telemetry strips
• Ability to measure intervals and interpret strips every 4 hours
• TR Band experience preferred
• Comfort working in multiple units and adapting quickly to changing patient needs
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care across multiple telemetry and med-surg float pool units
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips with accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage cardiac drips and support patients with complex medical needs
• Care for ED border patients, acute mental health patients, and ICU transfer-ready patients
• Deliver safe, compassionate care while maintaining efficient workflow in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care across units
• Adapt to rotating assignments and provide dependable support wherever needed
