• Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts as needed, including every other weekend coverage

• Unit: 24-bed medical telemetry unit
• Charting System: EPIC

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac telemetry strips
• 3 years of experience in one location
• 2 years of travel nursing experience
• Experience in medical telemetry, cardiac care, or similar acute care settings preferred
• Strong adaptability and flexibility for floating and rotating shift needs

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to adult medical telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to telemetry changes
• Work effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
• Support a patient-to-nurse ratio of approximately 4 to 5 patients per RN
• Float as needed and adapt to unit coverage requirements
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered care environment
