**Exciting Opportunity for Cardiac Med-Surg RN!** **Job Description** - **Position Type:** Backfill - Travel - RN - Med-Surg - **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - **Location:** Main Campus, 2333 McCallie Avenue **Unit Highlights:** - **Specialty:** Cardiac Med-Surg - **Number of Beds:** 30 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:6 - **Staffing:** - 6 nurses per shift - CNC/Charge nurse for support - Unit secretary on dayshift - 3 PCTs per shift - **Equipment:** - GE telemetry and Rover - Portable WOWs - Welch-Allen VS machine - **Documentation System:** Meditech - **Scheduling Requirements:** - Three full 12-hour shifts - 3-4 weekend shifts per 4-week period - **Floating Policy:** Rotation with other travel nurses - **Patient Experience Requirements:** NRC **Requirements:** - **Education:** RN with Med-Surg experience - **Certifications:** - BLS - ACLS - EKG/cardiac rhythm identification - **Skills:** - Familiarity with cardiac medications/drips - Advanced EKG rhythm identification **Unit Features:** - Highest scoring unit for inpatient Med-Surg employee satisfaction - Over 12 internal awards for employees and leaders - 12 lead EKG available on the unit **Dress Code:** - Navy blue scrubs required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
