GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Atlanta, Georgia.
Join a leading healthcare provider in Atlanta, GA as a Case Manager Registered Nurse. This contract position offers an opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise in a dynamic environment. As a Case Manager RN, you will assess, evaluate, and drive discharge plans while coordinating services to ensure patients receive the appropriate level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, no weekends or call required. Floating may be necessary within the facility/scope of practice as needed.
Minimum Experience: 3 years of nursing experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted.
Clinical Screening: Candidates will undergo a clinical review to determine fit. If approved, the manager will make the final decision based on the clinical screen results.
Request Time Off (RTO): Maximum of 7 days; please discuss any requests during the interview. The manager prefers no RTO during September.
Holidays: Travelers are expected to work major holidays based on assignment duration:
Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.
Compliance: Full compliance is required to start on time. Non-compliance may result in a 2-week pushback due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule.
Locals are accepted at the same rate. Please note that the number of non-billable orientation hours is determined by contract length (e.g., 8 hours for an 8-week assignment; 10 hours for a 10-week assignment).
