Service Area: Stoughton Public Schools
First Student is looking for an experienced transportation leader to take ownership of our Stoughton operation. This highly visible leadership position is responsible for keeping daily service safe, efficient, and on time while building a strong team and maintaining a successful partnership with Stoughton Public Schools.
As Transportation Manager, you will lead the people and processes behind the operation. You will oversee route performance, staffing, safety, customer service, fleet readiness, and financial results. When unexpected challenges arise, your team will look to you for clear direction and practical solutions.
