Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Transactional Attorneys with strong technology transactions expertise to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios.
• Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.

• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
