Training Coordinator


Job Summary


Provides administrative, logistical, and operational support for leadership and organizational development programs. Coordinates training logistics, learner communications, records, scheduling, materials, reporting, and events to ensure efficient program delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Learning Management System setup, enrollments, learner support, content updates, and routine maintenance.
  • Administer training programs, including scheduling, registration, roster management, completion tracking, reporting, and logistics.
  • Serve as the primary contact for training inquiries, resolve routine issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines, and documentation for training programs and processes.
  • Prepare training reports, records, and data extracts while supporting reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Coordinate learner and stakeholder communications, including confirmations, reminders, class logistics, travel arrangements, and follow-up.
  • Provide classroom and event support, including room reservations, setup, catering, materials, technology checks, facilitation, and participant management.
  • Coordinate vendor and financial administration, including purchase requests, invoice processing, budget tracking, expense monitoring, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate training records, monitor routine processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide responsive customer service and collaborate with employees, leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Administer learning platforms, including user accounts, licenses, learner support, content updates, and onboarding assistance.
  • Support the adoption of new tools, technologies, processes, and work practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • A college degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in administrative support, program coordination, event planning, training operations, or a related field is required.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, managing communications, supporting projects, maintaining records, and providing customer service in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment effectively.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional mobility required.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds when required.
  • Corrected vision and hearing within the normal range, with reasonable assistance provided when needed.

Skill
  • Knowledge of training administration, learning operations, and Learning Management Systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate training logistics, schedules, communications, and learning events.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, generate reports, and ensure data integrity.
  • Ability to troubleshoot routine system and operational issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability to new technologies, processes, and changing business needs.
